Purpose of the job:
Provides services relating to the full Human Resources value chain and administration services, in close cooperation with the Human Capital Manager, relating to employment/placement, labour relations relevant support processes and associated advisory service, relating to organisational development, performance management, employee wellness, talent management, training and development.
