Purpose of the job:

Responsible for all sales and administrative activities assigned at the Fish Shop. Manages subordinates ensures quality and consistency of products and service delivery.

Key Performance Areas.

  • Responsible for overall administration and supervision for the branch. 
  • Develops and implements special sales/promotional activities.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports.
  • Manage stock by ensuring balancing on a daily/monthly basis and providing relevant reports. 
  • Ensure proper customer service. 
  • Manage and administer HR matters at the branch.

Qualifications/Experience Required:

  • Grade 12 certificate, plus a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting/Finance or any other related field. A Bachelor’s Degree would be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of working experience in a supervisory capacity in a sales environment.
  • Experience in working with money is mandatory.
  • Computer literacy (Ms Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is compulsory.
